Item tracking

Every belonging, fully documented.

Photos, purchase details, values, serial numbers, warranties, files and history — an asset collection keeps the complete record of everything you own.

Items

The item card that remembers everything.

Every item carries its full story: title, category, location, store, purchase date, price, serial number and notes — plus as many photos as you like, in a proper carousel.

Four item types shape the fields to the thing itself. Antiques get an estimated value and an origin. Vehicles get registration number, make, model and model year. Real estate gets building information from cadastre number to floor count. Everything else is a regular item — simple until you need more.

Built for real ownership.

Purchase details

Store, date and price on every item — the facts you need years later, right where you look.

Warranties

Set the warranty years and iTems computes the expiry — active, expiring soon or expired, always visible.

Four item types

Regular items, antiques, vehicles and real estate — each with fields tailored to what it is.

Custom fields

Text, numbers, dates and yes/no fields for the details only you care about.

Files on the item

Receipts, manuals and documentation attached to the item they belong to — renameable, downloadable, previewable.

Ownership history

Owners with contact details and dates — where it came from, and who had it before you.

Maintenance

Repairs and maintenance, on the record.

Log repairs and maintenance on any item: what was done, who did it, what it cost. Planned work can remind you before it is due — days, weeks or months ahead — and completed work becomes the item’s service history.

Why document your belongings?

Because the details disappear. The serial number is on a box you recycled, the receipt faded a year ago, and nobody remembers what the sofa cost. A documented inventory answers the insurance company after water damage, proves the price when you sell, and tells the repair shop exactly which model you own.

iTems keeps that record with almost no effort: drop a receipt or a photo, and the item writes itself. When you need it back out, reports turn the collection into a document.

Item tracking, answered.

What details can I record on an item?

Title, category, location, store, purchase date, price, serial number and free-form notes — plus photos, files, custom fields, warranty, repairs and maintenance, and ownership history.

Can iTems track vehicles?

Yes — the vehicle item type adds registration number, make, model and model year, and the purchase fields adapt to acquisition wording. Antiques and real estate get the same treatment with their own fields.

How does warranty tracking work?

Turn on warranty for an item and set the number of years. iTems computes the expiry from the purchase date and shows the status everywhere: active, expiring within 90 days, or expired.

Can I add my own fields?

Yes — custom fields are typed: text, whole numbers, decimals, dates or yes/no. Add as many as the thing deserves.

How many items are free?

iTems FREE includes 20 items across one collection — enough to feel how it works. iTems PRO removes the limits.
