Property collections
Your home is your biggest item. Give it a collection of its own.
Document your property room by room — surfaces, appliances, systems and materials — with maintenance, running costs and paperwork in one organized place.

Everything your house is made of.
A property collection holds the building itself — so the boiler’s serial number, the living-room paint code and the roof’s last inspection are one search away.
Rooms
Recreate your home room by room, with floor and size — so every component has a place, and every place has a history.
Components
Windows, flooring, paint, appliances, heating, plumbing, electrical — registered where they are, with make, model and serial number.
Smart details
Category-aware fields suggest what is worth recording — paint codes for walls, dimensions for windows, filter sizes for ventilation.
Maintenance
Plan the jobs that keep the house healthy, get reminded when they are due, and keep the history of everything already done.
Fixed costs
Electricity, insurance, broadband, alarm: see what running your home costs each month, supplier by supplier.
Documents
Deeds, drawings, warranties and manuals — stored with the property they belong to, synced by iTems Cloud.
Getting started
From address to full record in an afternoon.
Start with your address
Create a property collection from your street address — iTems fetches a photo of the building to get you going.
Add your rooms
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, garage — with floor and size if you want the details.
Register what matters
Walk through the house and capture components where they are: the boiler, the roof, the paint on the living-room wall.
Let it work for you
Maintenance reminders, a running-cost overview and every document one search away — for insurance, selling or simply knowing.

Why document your property?
When the insurance company asks what the water damage ruined, when the buyer asks how old the roof is, when the electrician asks which fuse board you have — the answer is worth money. A documented home settles claims faster, sells with more confidence and gets maintained on time instead of when something breaks.
iTems keeps that record the way you actually live: room by room, component by component, with photos, receipts and documents attached where they belong. And because it is part of your iTems account, the house lives alongside everything in it.
Property collections, answered.
What is a property collection?
A collection type built for your home: it holds the property’s facts — year built, areas, energy label — together with rooms, components, maintenance, fixed costs and documents, alongside your other iTems collections.
Is it included in the free plan?
Yes. A property collection is a collection type, not an add-on. The free plan currently includes one collection; iTems PRO removes the limits.
Where can I use property collections?
Property collections are part of iTems for the web (beta) at app.items-home.com, and everything you register syncs with your iTems account through iTems Cloud.
What details can I record about a component?
Make, model, serial number, store and purchase date on everything — plus fields that follow the category, like paint codes for surfaces or dimensions for windows and doors.
What about the things inside the house?
Keep furniture, electronics and everything else in your regular collections — the property collection is for the house itself. Together they are the full picture of what you own.
Give your home the record it deserves.
