What does “beta” mean?
The web app is fully usable today, and we are still polishing: some features are being refined, and you may meet the occasional rough edge. Your data is not part of the experiment — the web app reads and writes the same iTems Cloud data as the apps on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Does the web beta cost anything?
No. iTems for the web is free during the beta, for everyone with an iTems account. Your existing plan — free or PRO — applies exactly as in the apps.
Is my data safe in a beta?
Yes. “Beta” describes the interface, not your data: the web app works against the same iTems Cloud as the apps, with nothing stored in an experimental side system.
Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox — on any operating system.
Do I need the iPhone app?
No — the web app stands on its own. But they are best together: capture things with the camera on your phone, organize them on the big screen.
How do I report a bug or give feedback?
Through the Help Center — signed in, your conversation syncs between the web and the app, and you can follow your feature requests.
