Settings → Data export gives you your items as CSV or Excel — files that open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets — plus a zip archive of every attachment in the library.

Reports

Inside an Assets collection, Reports builds PDF documents from your inventory:

  • Item List — a sortable listing with images, purchase details and values. This is the document your insurance company wants after a fire or burglary.

  • Inheritance report — items grouped by heir, based on the heirs you have set on items.

Collections can also be exported and imported whole, which doubles as a manual backup.
