Permanently delete your iTems account and the data stored in iTems Cloud.

Account & security

You can delete your iTems account from inside the app. Deletion is permanent: your account, cloud collections and files stored in iTems Cloud are removed and cannot be recovered.

Delete your account

  1. Export anything you want to keep

    Use Data export first — deletion cannot be undone.

  2. Open account settings

    Settings → Account.

  3. Choose delete account

    Confirm with your password to complete the deletion.

What happens to collections shared with me?

You leave them — the owner keeps the collection. Collections you own are deleted for everyone.

What about local collections?

Collections stored only on your device are not touched by account deletion; delete the app to remove those too.
